Our custom made jewellery is made to the highest standard of workmanship and is handcrafted by our team , Our loose diamonds and other precious stones are individually selected from a wide network of suppliers to ensure the highest possible quality.

High ethical standards are at the heart of everything we do, from ensuring that our diamonds are conflict-free to providing unbiased advice when you are buying a loose diamond, which are all independently certified. 

Before you start your search it is important to set yourself a budget, as diamond prices vary greatly depending on size and quality. This way you will be able to find the best possible diamond that suits your circumstances.

A common guide for what you should spend is roughly two months’ wages, however this is just a guide and you should choose a budget that is comfortable for your circumstances. The team at MONAARCH is able to create beautiful designer diamond jewellery, to suit a wide range of budgets.

Diamonds are not just the raw materials, they are our palette and our ultimate source of creativity. Diamonds are the muses that transform our ideas into a timeless jewelled creation. This is why we are, and will continue to be, the Home of Diamonds Since 2008.

Many of our customers are based overseas and it is not a problem if you are unable to meet. We can work with you via phone, email and video chats. We will conduct an initial telephone consultation following your request and take it from there. You can send in ideas that you have for your bespoke jewellery and our designers are ready to articulate precisely to bring your ideas to live by sending you images of gems, designs and how the finished piece will look. Hand craft or CAD design are used to create the final image.

We will require 100$ to create your unique design following consultation as its time consuming and displays your commitment. This will be deducted off the final payment for your piece of jewellery. First draft of your design image will be emailed to you within a week which you will be able to view from all angles to enable you to visualise your jewellery. Following feedback from yourself we will make changes till you are 100% satisfied. We will also send you pictures and certificates of gems to choose. The design process take from 2-3 weeks.

Once you are satisfied with the design we will only then start the making process. At this stage the 2nd instalment will need to be paid 50% of the remaining balance. The designer will then put together the making processes. Goldsmith, stone-setter, engraver and Polisher will all have their own set of instructions to follow. Once finished we will send you images of the final piece and bring your dreams to reality this usually takes 2-3 weeks. We will then require the final payment to clear the balance prior to dispatch. Your jewellery is presented in luxurious packaging with our name on it.

Your jewellery will be delivered using either UPS, FedEx, DHL (secure delivery) or Royal Mail special delivery where a signature is required. If you are not at home, your jewellery will arrive at your local post office or local delivery depot to rearrange the delivery or collection.
