At MONAARCH, we always want your jewellery to look its best. As a part of our exceptional customer service, all our custom made jewellery  comes with a lifetime of annual polishing and plating, to keep it looking new forever at nominal cost

We are committed to providing excellent service throughout the life of your engagement ring, wedding rings, or other jewellery item.. This service is provided at a very nominal charge to all our clients who have purchased custom made jewellery from us or made their rings during the Wedding Ring Experience.

We will repolish small scratches from the surface, check the settings, and rhodium plate the metal if necessary. Removing deep scratches and fixing any damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur a charge however.

During our yearly maintenance, we can also discuss any new ideas for jewellery that you might be interested in purchasing or having custom made as a gift for yourself or someone else. Some of our clients choose to take this opportunity to create a surprise gift for their partner, such as an eternity band to match their wedding and engagement rings.

•If you want to resize your ring, MONAARCH  will resize it at a cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible.
• resized ring costs  shall be borne by the customer.
•Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer.
