What are the payment options available?

Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking Gpay, Paytm, PhonePe. Please note that payments on Monaarch will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.

International Orders

Payments for International Orders are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. For orders being shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted only in US Dollars. For international orders, currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order.

NOTE : Indian issued cards will not be accepted for international orders.

Which credit cards are accepted for domestic and international payments?

We accept Visa | MasterCard | AMEX | Diners | JCB for domestic and international payments.

2. Customer can pay through Credit Card / Debit Card /Net banking /Paytm UPI & Paytm Wallet/ Gpay.
 

Payment Policy

For all custom made jewellery, 75% advance is required before a job can be started. For any Ready-to-Wear jewellery, full payment is required when placing the order.

You are required to pay in full before you can pick up your jewellery. All goods remains the property of MONAARCH  until payment has been received in full.

Please take great care when entering our account details for direct transfers. Recovering funds transferred into a wrong account is a difficult, time consuming and costly process. Any payment into a wrong account is not deemed to be payment and the recovery of any funds transferred into a wrong account is the customer’s responsibility.

Transparency

Customers can make their purchase payment with Credit Card, Debit card or Online fund transfer.

•Debit Card: All Visa, Maestro and Ru Pay Debit Cards are accepted
•Online Fund Transfer: You can choose from all major banks in India to transfer money

CASH ON DELIVERY  is not applicable on customised jewellery.
