• Customized (including personalized products) Jewellery is not eligible for a Money back or Buyback. 

• Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted 

• This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

• Monaarch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
