What is the minimum order value for an International Order?

For all international orders, your cart value should be minimum of $2000 and maximum of $10000, which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.

Which mode of payment option is available for international orders?

Payments are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. 

Payment will be received only in USD. 

Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

Who is the shipping partner?

Our international shipping partner is UPS | BVC | Sequel International

In how many days will i receive my international order?

You will receive your order within 4-6 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our Factory. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.

What are Shipping Charges? 

The shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations. For diamond Jewellery we charge $100 and for Watches & Accessories we charge $200. All products/consignments are dispatched on “Delivery Duty Unpaid ” (DDU) basis.

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders.

SHIPPING POLICY -

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via BVC Logistics.

PACKAGING -

Monaarch hallmarks every piece of jewellery (other than 10kt) and certifies every diamond jewellery product through IGI / HKD / HRD / SGL / GII. Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Monaarch box along with the relevant certificates.

FREE GIFT PACKAGING -

In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive Monaarch gift packing. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.

Your personal message will be printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift.

Shipping & Returns Policy

1. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

2. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Monaarch. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.

3. Once your package is ready, just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.

Transit Insurance All goods will be fully insured by Monaarch until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
